Data.floor(i=False)[source]

Return the floor of the data array.

New in version 1.0.

Parameters:
i
: bool, optional

If True then update the data array in place. By default a new data array is created.

Returns:

out: cf.Data

Examples:
>>> print d.array
[-1.9 -1.5 -1.1 -1.   0.   1.   1.1  1.5  1.9]

[-2. -2. -2. -1.  0.  1.  1.  1.  1.]
